have been left open to schedule additional concerts. As additional concert offerings are announced during the year, I’ll keep you informed via email. Additional concerts/recitals should be booked and paid for by the individual.
ROOM UPGRADES
The three categories of rooms at the Bonn Hilton are
- Standard Double (TRIP TOTAL: $2,975 per person double occupancy)
- River View (TRIP TOTAL + $491.00 per person double occupancy)
- Junior Suite (TRIP TOTAL + $1,184 per person double occupancy)
- Single Standard (TRIP TOTAL + $1,112.00)
Note that September marks the beginning of "High Season" in the German Rhineland.
Bonn charges hotel guest 5% of the hotel bill. This 5% room charge is included in the cost total. However, charges made during the stay (restaurant, bar, etc) will be paid by individuals/couples upon check-out with the with an addition 5% of post-check-in purchases.
International programs are subject to change, slight or major, at any time due to circumstances beyond our control; if an event or meal is canceled, an event or meal of equal or greater value will replace it.
Airfare is not included.
Concerts/Dinners/Tours will be booked December 10 after the trip has "made". If there are changes, group members will be notified at that time. Note: do not book airfare until after the December 10 date. Also note: your checks will not be deposited until after December 10.
