Students,
Here are a few reminders about this Face to Face NWACC Music Appreciation class.
* Class starts promptly on time. Don't arrive late but if you do, a video may be in progress with lights dimmed so watch your step.
* The restrooms are downstairs. Use the restroom before class. Do not leave the room after class has started.
*Again: Do not leave class once class has started.
* Remember to put your cell phones away (not aside) when class begins.
* It’s OK to get up and stand at the back of the class if you start to doze during a video.
* Some days you will use laptops & pads; those days are posted on the schedule at MilesFish.com. Other days you do not need to bring or open your devices.
* Once class starts, keep a clean desk. Put everything away (books, notebooks, phones, etc). I request that students listen to the music and refrain from taking notes.
*Everything you will be tested on is printed at the course outline at MilesFish.com or on Canvas. (If you feel you must take notes, see me after class and we’ll talk about it. If taking notes is best for you, we will make that exception)
* In class, sit in the first three rows; keep one seat between you and your classmates.
